Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask yall about a new notebook im getting and if yall think it'll do good at games and just watchin movies. The specs are:
- Intel Core Dou 1.73 GHz
- 1 GB DDR2
- 17'' WXGA+ High Definition BrightView Widescreen
- 2 x 100 GB 5400 RPM HD's
- DVD SuperMulti (DVD-RAM, DVD+/-R double layer) drive with LightScribe
- Nvidia Geforce GO 7600 256 MB
Not bad, but make one of the three upgrades:
-Add 1GB RAM, as 2GB is becoming the standard these days
-Make the 5400RPM 7200RPM, unless you're using this off the plug a lot (which won't be really possible, even with its current stats)... and this is RAID 0?
-Up the proc speed to 2.0 GHz
