well self explantory really,

the fan will primarily be used just to lower the noice of my computer, temps are not a big concern aslong as im below 50'C

im really tawn at the mo, i mean im just after peace and quiet lol and the freezer 7 says u can adjust it down to 300 RPM lol not that id ever go that low but it shows how quiet it could go,

the noise level of the CM is 22db thats real low

Not to jack the thread, but is the Tuniq 120 or whatever still the best HSF on the market?

Also, if you can, go for the globe! That thing looks awesome, and it might be better than the Arctic Freezer, who knows. I know theres benches on those sort of things, but I'm too lazy to look.. lol

Now, you have a mATX board, but whats your cases form factor? That should be considered as well, but the mobo form factor is very important also.
