Question New Hp computer

I have a new HP Media Center whichs works great BUT I have a large hard drive from my old computer that I want to add to me new computer....the new computer has what looks like a large phone type plug that plugs into the back of the hard drive ....my old computer has the old ribbon type cable how do i hook this old drive up to work in my new computer

To plug in a hard drive, you need to read a how to because I'm not going to try and teach you through this because for me it was the hardest part about my motherboard.

Here's a How to.


MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT TYPE OF HARD DRIVE YOU HAVE!!!! It will either be called "IDE", or "Serial ATA".
