Default New Hardware and reactivating Windows 7

hey all,

i'm planning on upgrading my PC with new HDD and New GPU but this means i'll have to reinstall windows 7 home premium OEM again.

My Question is, can i reactivate Win7 with my new hardware or do i have to buy another licence?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also my freind wants to know if he can do this too. but his is a retail copy.

You'll be fine. OEM Windows operating systems are tied in to the motherboard. If you aren't changing that, you'll be fine!
