Default New Desktop Choice..Help Please

Hi Guys, i am about to purchase a new desktop and after much thought i have narrowed it down to the two specs below. Pc will be used mainly for internet browsing...photo editing in photoshop...watching hd video taken on my panasonic fz38 and maybe i might play the odd game but thats not really the main use of the machine.

Budget is £450-£500. The two specs below...first one is a dell from ebay which is already made up and which i think i can get for about £499 and the other is a custom build one from pc specialist.

Please guys help me out and tell me which one i should go for and any other comments you might have....Thanks in advance.

I would go with the Dell Studio XPS 8100 personally. The video card is more powerfull as is the chip.
