either way it dont work so send it in for rma and next time plug all cords in and use the mobo stand offs. on the back on the MB the metal around the screws is ground. so the whole case(metal) is ground. now the head pins form the MB that are like stumps most are (-) or (+) the postive one CAN NOT touch the case cause the case completes the short and then things go boom and/or even nothin happens(that you can see).

i am not sure if negitive can touch the case or not i am guessing it can. but either way only the screws and standoffs should touch.
