new computer.. i need thoughts please

first time building a computer and i am doing this as a gift for my brother... Can i please have thoughts on what i have found and if i am missing something can you please let me know. Any help would be much aprreciated. below are the links to the stuff i am thinking about ordering...

Don't get that CPU/mobo bundle, it's actually quite expensive for what you're getting and the mobo's specs aren't that good + the CPU cooler is a bit weak for cooling the Q6600 which runs quite hot. The PSU, CPU and RAM are all good though, but you might want to consider the 800MHz Corsair memory which is pretty much the standard now. If he's a gamer and he plays alot of FPSs/RPGs, he'll probabbly need a better GPU. Get one of these two, two different cards for different budgets and the best price to performance ratio available at the moment: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150264
