New computer components

I am going to go with an AMD processor but I am not sure of the difference between these two processors, what are the advantages and which one would be the best?

Also what is a good mobo that has decent oc ability for an AMD 3500?

One is a 90nm chip the cheaper one is a 130nm chip. I will be getting the 90nm one soon.

Its a little better but probably not that much better. I would go with and asus, msi , abit board with the kt800 pro chipset.

if you really want to oc, then try to get a mobo with the nforce3 chipset. It is better than the kt800.

th k8t800 if faster though. I changed my mind I am not going to get the ABit one though. I will get the msi one.

Apparatly i would have to flash the abit to accept the 90nm 3500 i would put in.
