New Computer Build - Everything Ok?

I am in the process of buying a new computer and have chosen parts that i would like. I would just like to know if everything will fit together and work.

Mobo: Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R DDR3DDR2 1333MHz FSB Dual-PCIe

CPU: Intel Q6600 QUAD CORE 2.4Ghz 8M CACHE 1066FSB

Power Supply: 500W (comes with case)

RAM: Generic 2 GB PC6400 DDR2 800

Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512M GDDR3 Dual Link DVI PCI-E 2.0

Hard Drive: Samsung 160GB 8MB 3.5" SATA-II Hard Disk Drive

CPU Cooler: Blue Orb II CPU Fan (Socket 775)

Everything looks good, except I would go with a PSU that comes with a case, as they are normally bad. That's just my opinion though, others might say otherwise? And go with a p45 chipset if u can for the mobo.
