Sooo I'm building a computer and need some help. Here it is:

Soo I need a power supply but I don't know how much watts, and I need a motherboard. I want one with a high FSB so I can take full advantage of the RAM. But really, No idea which to get. Also do all these parts work well together, and any suggestions? I've built one before but I just had a whole lot of luck that everything worked. Also, the heatseek that comes with the processor should I get a different one? My brother was saying I should, But yeah im sketical. I want my computer to be quiet, and maybye do a LITTLE overclocking. Yeah... any thoughts?

Okay So i still need a motherboard, and I have no idea about motherboards. I want one that can fit all my parts, and take full advantage of them. Someone posted that the ram speed doesn't matter if the FSB of the motherboard wasn't high enough. I don't really understand. I also need a powersupply, but wasn't sure how much I needed. Thanks! Also, any suggestions to alternative parts?
