Default New Computer Build. Any Suggestions?

Sooo I'm building a computer and need some help. Here it is:

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...ter12345678910

Soo I need a power supply but I don't know how much watts, and I need a motherboard. I want one with a high FSB so I can take full advantage of the RAM. But really, No idea which to get. Also do all these parts work well together, and any suggestions? I've built one before but I just had a whole lot of luck that everything worked. Also, the heatseek that comes with the processor should I get a different one? My brother was saying I should, But yeah im sketical. I want my computer to be quiet, and maybye do a LITTLE overclocking. Yeah... any thoughts?

Haha woops. No wonder no one was replying :P. Here are the links:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129154

CPU, Now here I was wondering whether it made sense to get a quad-core:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115037

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121253

HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148288

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166

Sound Card (Do I need one? or is the onboard sound on a motherboard enough?) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102002

Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009094

Okay So i still need a motherboard, and I have no idea about motherboards. I want one that can fit all my parts, and take full advantage of them. Someone posted that the ram speed doesn't matter if the FSB of the motherboard wasn't high enough. I don't really understand. I also need a powersupply, but wasn't sure how much I needed. Thanks! Also, any suggestions to alternative parts?
