For a AMD gaming rig its OK, but the CPU I would rather upgrade to the six core 1100T, Same clocks but 2 more cores/threads. it comes from 200-300USD..

Im not fully sure that the HD6770 supports the 3D option., im running the HD 6970 with fully support for HD3D. But when you are buying a PC with the Phenom II quad, I would rather consider buying the phenom II six-core.

But AMD 3D sucks. If you like the 3D option - go for Nvidia. Costs a bit more, but they know how to make 3D.
Running AMD you have to get a 3. part software to make the 3D.
