Question new computer

alright im getting a new computer and i didnt order a modem ( a card like thing that has like a phone line plug in it) with it, and i doesnt come with one, Should I get one or not?

Yeah, I don't think many people have dial-up. Unless you live in the country or something. If you do have dial-up, yes. Get one.
