With RAM, it is better to have lower timings. Your 5-5-5-12 RAM would not be as good as his 4-5-4 RAM.

Well, For about 35$ extra I can get this- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146565
It's 4-4-4-12 or something...

Should I? Still below my budget limit.

P.S. NIS = New Israeli Shekel

By all means get that. If not, get this: http://www.tankguys.biz/ddr2-3338-p-...575da2fe394808
The Team Group RAM will oc to DDR1000 no doubt. It will do DDR-1000 CAS4 with some nice voltage like 2.4V. Very very good RAM. I'm getting that RAM for my Conroe build. Uses Micron D9GMH in case you wanted to know. Same thing as those Crucial Ballistix and Corsair 6400C3/8500CL5.

Thanks for the help, I'll think about that.

There are a few more options regarding the rid;
I can add about 200$ and get 1TB of HD space instead of 500GB, should I get that too? The 1TB is 500GBx2 while the 500GB is 250GBx2 so if I'll get the 500GB option looks to me like I couldn't upgrade it but the question is will I ever need to?

Why not get 2x320GB Seagates and Raid 0 them? the 320GB drives are roughly 95 bucks each. So you are better off going with the Seagates.

Well, this rig is prebuilt, for any changes I'll have to pay extra.
640GB is pretty much same as 500GB anyway, 1TB is different though.

I also need to choose 4 games out of this selection:
Battlefield 2: Deluxe Edition (Already have this)
World of Warcraft
Oblivion
Prey
Star Wars: Empires at War
Total War: Eras (+10$ Extra)
Heroes of Might and Magic 5
Titan Quest
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter
Guild Wars
Guild Wars Factions
Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach
Half Life 2 Game of the Year Edition (+10$ Extra)

Any ideas anyone?

Right now I'm drawn to these 4 titles-
Oblivion
Half Life 2 Game of the Year Edition (+10$ Extra)
Titan Quest
Total War: Eras (+10$ Extra)

But it's really not final.
