Everyone's entitled to their own opinion regarding Intel and AMD. I'll use both, but AMD is just so damn good right now. Latest benches show the Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2.2GHz beat out the Pentium D 840 3.2GHz CPU by 10%. Just a thought there...

Yeah, AGP and PCIe are GPU slot types.

For the most part, AMD is holding out pretty well compared to Intel according to that link.

Yeah, I really like AMD aince I've started using one, they're really great and for gaming they're amazing! Plus when I found out Intel was acused of bullying companys to use they're chips instead of AMD's, I kinda hated them :P

I just love how much cooler AMD CPU run. I mean compared to my friend's P4 CPU, I'm running nearly 25 degrees cooler than them. That is something to brag about.
