right to jump the pins, look in your motherboard manual, or where the "power SW" connects to your motherboard there will be 2 pins on there that a head thing goes over,
take the head thing off as this is usually connected to your case. when the mobo CPU RAM PSU and hardrive is assembled on some card board out of the case, grab a screwdriver and touch those 2 pins making a full circuit and it should begin to power on, if so and it stays on you def need some motherboard risers.
