Default New case advice

I have decided that its time to upgrade/change my desktop's case. Its quite full in there, the case is scratched, I'm bored of it lighting up blue and the stupid door on the front of the case is annoying and opens up the wrong way. It's an Apevia X-Cruiser. I got 150 for christmas, but I'd rather not spend all of that on the case as I may want to do a few small upgrades whilst I'm at it. The biggest problem is that I have no idea which cases are good. If anyone could reccomend me a good case I would really appreciate it. This is what I'm looking for:

Big Side Window
Lights up - green would be cool though as long as it is possible to change the colour (fans cathodes etc) I don't mind
Plenty of space (ATX Motherboard, GTX 260)
3.5Inch Bay

Thanks very much for any help.

EDIT: Other thing I wanted to ask is whether there is much point upgrading my C2D E7200 to a Core 2 Quad for gaming purposes.

This fits your needs, its roomy, good for extra cooling, and the smooth blue will look good with green lights.

You will see a decrease in performance while gaming if you switch to the Q6600. Keep the E7200. You have it running at great settings. The only way you'd get better performance out of the Q6600 is if you OC it to fullest.

NZXT has a couple of nice cases:

NZXT Apollo

NZXT Alpha

They have blue lighting, but that can be easily changed.
