Here's what I got so far. I'm kind of on a budget as you may be able to tell...

CD/DVD drive:

Case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16811129024

HD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16822148140

Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813130071

Video card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814150229

RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820145034

Processor:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16819103194

Now, my question is: will all these parts work well together, or will there be some conflicts. If so what are they, and what should I change?

Also I was considering this processor instead of the AMD one listed above:

What do you all think? Should I stick to the AMD or get the Intel. And if I get the Intel, I will need to change the motherboard, correct?

Help me out here! :p

OK well first, not sure if the case includes a power supply, but that's quite an expensive case. Also this build is so much like the computer I am almost finished building. Do not get the intel, get the AMD it's what I have, supposedly this thing will overclock to 3.6GHz!! Also you need a Heat Sink. Get a zalman, arctic cooling, thermaltake or something. Also you will need an operating system unless you know some resources (wink wink?) Otherwise, great choice, the motherboard is great, great cpu great ram, all will work seamlessly. Try and go for a different case unless you really like that case for some reason.

k I'm retyping this so I'm going to make it short (dumbass keyboard shortcuts for firefox)

PSU Mentioned above is not so good but the case is great.
Save money with that case and get this better PSU:

It's not just Modular but reliable. I also have this PSU in my computer right now and its great.

Also keep that AMD CPU and get this for it and you should be able to Overclock that thing to about 3.0-3.4 Ghz easy. (its very well possible)

Besides the PSU and GPU, it looks good, and guess what? The CPU is a Black box, which means the multiplier is unlocked!
