If your motherboard supports it, get it. All you need to do is see if your motherboard supports a FSB of 1333 and a Core 2 Duo.

Guess I'll go ahead with that then. Now just need to pick a PSU and away I go

Just checked out the PSU on my current system, it's a 500W would this be enough?
