I think I'm going to order the XCLIO Windtunnel Fully Black Finish 1.0 mm SECC Chassis ATX Full Tower Computer Case $99.99 and $25.00 shipping since I have a extra Raptor 75g HD. Do I have to get Windows 7 or can I use Window XP 64? I have a unused copy of it.

You can use XP 64-bit, but not all softwares, like Anti-virus might work, since XP 64 is built on the Server foundations.

Is the Video card you suggested better than the XFX GEFORCE 9800 GTX 512MB GDDR3 ?

He's processing videos and pictures. Why would you recommend him a 5770 if he doesn't need a dedicated card?

and he can easily bump down the to 955 without seeing much of a performance drop and saving him some money.

I've never owned a ATI video card only Nvidia and I was wondering if I could go with a 512mg card without loosing alot,
Also can I just use my Windows XP Pro with these parts?
