Yup, that sounds good. I assume you have the case, and I know you have the HDD. Also, I guess you have the optical drive.

EDIT: And reading your post, you have the case.

All is clear.

I think I'm going to order the XCLIO Windtunnel Fully Black Finish 1.0 mm SECC Chassis ATX Full Tower Computer Case $99.99 and $25.00 shipping since I have a extra Raptor 75g HD. Do I have to get Windows 7 or can I use Window XP 64? I have a unused copy of it.

You can use XP 64-bit, but not all softwares, like Anti-virus might work, since XP 64 is built on the Server foundations.

So I may as well get Windows 7 Home Premium? one more question before I order.
Is the Video card you suggested better than the XFX GEFORCE 9800 GTX 512MB GDDR3 ?

He's processing videos and pictures. Why would you recommend him a 5770 if he doesn't need a dedicated card?

and he can easily bump down the to 955 without seeing much of a performance drop and saving him some money.

I've never owned a ATI video card only Nvidia and I was wondering if I could go with a 512mg card without loosing alot,
Also can I just use my Windows XP Pro with these parts?
