Default New Build Help?

Hi, im thinking of building a med to low end gaming comp, and I have a few questions. Are all the parts compatible? Can it run Fallout 3 well? Any other helpful tips are appreciated.

Which is older than Sata

And I would recommend vista, seeing as how newegg is giving an upgrade to Windows 7 with it
Vista 64 bit

The 64bit allows you to take advantage of your full 4 gigs of memory

Thanks I might upgrade to vista if it dosent break my budget.

What about the Video card? Is that up to par?
