First thing i'd do is swap the ASRock X58 Extreme for a ASUS P6T SE.

I was going to suggest to get a HD5850 instead of the two HD5770's but they do pretty well against the single card, the next best being a HD5870.

Also consider this RAM...

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600.

The 2000Mhz OCZ Gold's you suggested are just over-kill.

You won't utilize the 2000Mhz speed of the OCZ Golds and their timings are awful. For gaming it just isn't needed.

The Corsair's are a little more but they're great RAM with better timings and system friendly speeds.

These CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 are $5 more than the OCZ's you like also with the same timings minus XMP, are great.

Together with the PSU sniperviper21 recommended it should be a hot rig!

Are you gonna overclock?
