I'll probably split it pretty even down the middle. I really prefer Ubuntu over any Windows OS I've used in the past for web browsing, email, school work, etc. All that will probably live on the Windows partition is Windows itself and some games. I'm not blowing my hard earned money on Office or anything like that. OpenOffice ftw.

Now that I think about it, I'm definetly gonna save money by downsizing the HDD. The only thing I really need a lot of storage for is my movie collection, and that stays on my laptop so that its easier to watch them on my 42" plasma.

its tiny, but I don't think I'll need much more. I can just get a cheapo terabyte drive to share with my laptop.
