Hey everyone
I need help with a new build and I need parts for it
My budget is $500-700
The monitor I have is 14" and I don't need to upgrade that
This computer will be used for browsing the internet, email, and other stuff
Nothing too over the top
It won't be used for gaming at all
Just processing stuff like word or quickbooks and stuff like that
I've built my own computer so I would know how everything fits together but I need some recommendations.
Please and thanks to anyone that helps.

Lets see, if your not doing anything to much on the computer i think that would be an easy build.

mobo$99:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131335

case$50:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119068

psu$70:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182030

ram$30:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098

That build comes up to roughly $400, i did this kind of quick so just double check and make sure everything is good with it. The CPU is dual core, with 2gb ram and a 550 watt psu. This would be a good build for what you want to use it for and its not that expensive based on your budget. I'm not sure if you have a OS disc so i left that out.

Ok i forgot that the mobo i put doesn't have a graphics card so here you go $100:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121244

yours is more gamer based then mine haha i had more memory and thats really it

Could someone recommend a modular power supply though?
I'm not very good with cable management and my computer is currently a mess because of the excess power cables I don't use from my psu.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma - ASUS M4A78-E Combo - $178.98

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 1066 - $47.99

Western Digital Caviar GP WD5000AACS 500GB - $57.99

SAMSUNG Black 22X DVD+R - $22.99

OCZ ModXStream Pro 400W ATX12V Modular Power Supply - $49.99

COOLER MASTER Elite RC-310-BWN1-GP - $39.99

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic SP1 64-bit - $84.99

Hehe, that's almost exactly the same as the budget build in my guide :)

Correct. The on-board graphics would be fine for general use, watching videos, and even some light gaming.
