Default New build!!11!!!eleven!!!1!one!!1!!

Ok, so I am off work and got my paycheck. I am ready to upgrade my rig. I have a case, optical drives, hard drive, and a video card. I have an idea, but I am asking for your peoples opinions. I will accept links only to newegg. Price range is $400. Thanks in advance.

He said he already has a video card. All he needs is a CPU, RAM, motherboard, and PSU. I'm working on it...

EDIT - Do you need a monitor? Keyboard, mouse?

It's actually a really good build. The motherboard could be a little better, but I decided to go for the E6320 and get a slightly cheaper motherboard. It's still a good board, just a "value" board. Same with the RAM.
