hey mate,
i would at least go a 1tb hard drive for plenty of space. And also 16gb of ram. Just save up for a few more weeks and u will be alot happier with the end result

Everything looks great to me. Since you have $61 left, why not getting a HD6870 then? It has better performance and only around 30 dollars extra.

For the CPU fan, I would rather go for Freezer 7 pro rev.2. I've been using it in my case for several years and is still working wonderfully.:-)

For a couple of extra bucks you could go with a better CPU and board.

Newegg.com - AMD FX-4170 Zambezi 4.2GHz (4.3GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4170FRGUBOX

Newegg.com - ASRock 870iCafe R2.0 AM3+ AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard
