http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=Intel%2bE6750 25$ increase is definitely worth it.

Also if you don't plan on SLI'ing, you can go with this PSU and save some money (put it towards your CPU):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817339001

Also, that case is overkill. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119068 will be just fine for less then half the price. Also, you really don't have a lot of crap that really needs the extra cooling. Unless your gonna overclock the ballz out of your sytem, the two fans that come with the case will be fine.

i would stick with the power suplly you got so if in the future you decide to get a better graphics card it will be able to handle it.

That case is great anyhow So much cooling.

The only low point is the graphics card if you want to game. You see, the 8600 is very underpowered, and doesn't even rival the X1950 which is a Direct X 9 card. So, I doubt the 8600 would fair well playing Direct X 10 games, if it can't handle 9 very well.

Don't get a sh*tty PSU, you'll regret it. Especially if you're OCing. Get this, awesome PSU for the price, only $70 after rebate:
