Default networking question

yea i know its not supposed to be here, its just this section generates more interest and i am quite desperate now. so was hoping it would generate a a few views before maybe being moved. Basically i have an assignment to do and the next few hours are all i really have left ideally. i have to subnet the address, and ive forgot all of the basic subnetting i knew. ive figured out (i think) that there need to be 7 subnets and i am allowed to use the 0 subnet. heres a picture of the network

i am quite happy to use an online calculator i am just not quite sure what to pump in as i need the right ip's and stuff. once i get all this info i can then move on to the big part, which is simulating it all and writing it up (which i can do). its just i cant even figure this out, even with an online calculator lol.

please help
Laptop spec: ASUS X53E, i5 2430m 2.4ghz, 3gb ram, 320gb hdd, intel hd graphics, usb 3.0
