Network Places help

I have win xp pro and I am setting up My Network Places Icon so that I can use it to Loninto my Web Site and Upload files.

Everything is filled out right but it says

Windows cannot logonto server please check that you have Permition the Server was reset.

I am under the ADMIN Account
And I checked my server name it is right??????
