Default Nero burning video, but no audio?

I am really confused, and a bit angry now... My friend wanted me to burn him a movie so he could watch it with his brother who was home for a couple days, and I said I would. So I go and do it. The AVI file of the movie was too big to burn, so I converted it to Mpeg2. Burned it, and put it in my dvd player to test it out... No sound... So then I go and try converting it to Mpeg1 and then burning it. It does the same thing!! I dont understand why its burning video but no audio. And now, tommorrow I have a spanish project due that has to be burned onto a DVD to present it to the class... I think I might get a different program for burning videos...

And idea why it might be doing this though?
