Default needs some halps

ok well i was trying to get some sort of network monitoring software does anyone know of any free ones? its for seeing if my residents/neighbors are on the network it has to be freeware and legalz. anyways check this out:

and i deleted it can it spread it self if i only deleted it or not man.

If you didn't run any .exe files you should be OK, I'd do a scan just to be on the safe side though.
