Need Video card suggestions.

I have a HP Elite HPE-110f that's a midsize case and a MicroATX motherboard, and wont fit some video cards. Im looking for the best value and right size to fit in my case. Also would like to find a good power supply to be able to go with it. Any suggestions?

I like to run duel monitors too and im currently running ATI Radeon HD 5570 with duel monitors.

Your best bet is to get something from the Antec line, like the Antec 300 or 600. We use the 300 here at my office and it fits most of the larger cards just fine.

As for power supplies, since your GPU isn't that demanding, a 500 or 600 watt Corsair should be plenty. If you want to save a bit of cash, Antec has some nice True power 500 watts that would also be fine.

If you going to buy video card you should check it if that video card is compatible with your computer requirements..
