Would the router and adapter be good for gaming, because I know some people who have had bad times with Linksys.

Yeah, it'll be fine. If you don't like Linksys, then I guess just get another brand.

i recommend you to buy from www.ncix.com instead of tiger direct. Tiger direct...has issues for rebates and stuff. Look at ncix first

I've been looking at both and TD has some cheaper stuff the NCIX but vice versa. Hence I'm buying from both. I've heard bout the rebate thing though. Nothing is on sale(thank god) and besides its a matter of 20 bucks. Doesn't matter to me.

EDIT: It's not that I don;t like Linksys its just that I've heard bad things.

Ok now I got another question. I think I'm almost done picking out, but I'm debating over the router. I just want to know if the DIR-625 will give good range? It says it has RangeBooster but people have said that it adds no extra range. If it doesn't then I'm gonna go with the DIR-655. Thanks again for the help.
