It supports 16:9, but that isn't the actual resolution, hence the black bars.

Technically, you can only use one background that displays on both. But you can use web objects on your desktop to get around that:

Try changing the aspect ratio of the moving you are watching.

For the seperate backgrounds, you can just put two together in photoshop to make one 3360x1050 background that looks like two. It depends how you are dual-screening though. If you are using XP, you can right click desktop>properties>desktop>cuztomize desktop>web> select new and select the location of your second wallpaper, then drag it to the second monitor, then right click desktop>arrange>lock web items on desktop.

I'm pretty sure making one big wallpaper won't work, because it wants to put the same image on both screens.

I am using Vista. I dont know much about changing aspect ratios and all, but it seems like the bars are as big as they were on my non-widescreen monitor idk. I will get used to it tho, I just thought they would be small bars.
