Default need some help.

how do i find out if my P4 524 w HT tech is prescott or northwood? Prob a stupid question but help me out if ya can.

You could probably find it out with CPU-Z. Worked for my Athlon 4000+, confirmed that it was San Diego rather than Venice.

Yeah, that program should do the trick. Try Everest if you want benchmarking of your system as well as specs.
Rig -- Emachines T5026, 3.06ghz P4, 300W Bestec PSU, 160 sata hd, 512mb dual channel 3200 ram @ 3-3-5-8, ATI Radeon 9250 pci, dual layer 16x dvd+/-rw.
