Need some help :(

Hey guys for some reason my CPU Usage is at 100% and it wont go lower, i tried alot of things, ad-aware removal,spyware removal, norton system works anti virus, norton system works disk doctor, and windows chcker, but its still 100% i dont have a clue what is wrong :S

and, my cpu is a celeron
and if I want i can upgrade to a p4 i aint really sure if I should or not? what do you guys think can you give me some good reasons 2?

well even a celeron shunt be runnin at 100% all the time, i've get a celeron in the system i'm using now and it runs at 4% idle!!!! Yeah get a p4 if u need the upgrade, it 'll perform betterin games, if u want the ultimate upgrade go eith amd athlon 64 bit!!

well... i dont know what foldin is and i tried a system restore didnt do much iw as thinking about formatting lol.. i aint sure but i thikn i might go buy a p4 i aint sure yet

well reformat and that will more than likely work!!! then if u want even more performance get a p4!!!
