Need RegCleaning Help

[get _fighted]

I know for fact my comp has spyware on it right now, but I need help selecting what to remove from my startup list. here's the ones that im concerned about:

Country Selection | Pctptt.exe
Gsh400j | C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\GSH400J.EXE -r
LoadPowerProfile | Rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,LoadCurrentPwrScheme
LoadPowerProfile | Rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,LoadCurrentPwrScheme
(^^there's two of 'em)
LoadQM | Loadqm.exe
StillmageMonitor | C:\windows\system\stimon.exe
TaskMonitor | C:\WINDOWS\taskmon.exe
Ssdpsrv | C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ssdpsrv.exe

Quite a few of them things are on my startup menu, And I know some of them arent spyware-

Load QM, Task monitor, Load power profile

Run Ad-aware
