Default Need a QUIET replacement gaming tower

I had a Raidmax Sagitta which broke, so right now I'm using my friend's old Xion 2 case.
It works fine, but is extremely loud (annoying when trying to watch movies). My Raidmax was loud too, and I want to get a new case under 200$ that is extremely quiet. I have an Asus M1N78 Mobo with an XFX PCI GTS250, as well as two SATA HDD's and one IDE DVD drive. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks

I Have a bitfenix survivor which considering the fans it comes with (2x 200mm fans) it is very quiet! I Cant sleep in my room if my laptop is on but i can sleep fine if my desktop is on, the case also has control over all the lighting in the case which is great for keeping the room dark.

As far as fans are concerned, the bigger they are, the quieter they are because the bigger fans flow more CFM and you can turn them down and still have good cooling thus making them quieter. The newer fans also have better bearings which make them quieter as well.
