are these ones any good, and will they work with all of my other PC parts.

first off, the thermaltake psu is overkill. you dont need 680 watts of power. 520 is already enough. I suggest a OCZ Powerstream 520 over the modstream. Modstream the cables are very stiff.

so if i buy the 520W PSU I listed, it will be plenty? And also is it compatable with everything else.

Oh, and i need to find a good sound card so ill still take suggestions.

yes the psu will work, for a sound card, get Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2. If you cant get that, Sound Blaster Live! will work also.
