Default Need a processor/motherboard combo to go with a EVGA Geforce 8800 320MB video card

I'm trying to figure out what a somewhat affordable match for an EVGA Geforce 8800 video card may be. I don't plan on overclocking or doing anything too elaborate with it as i'm still pretty much an idiot when it comes to hardware. I just need to find a motherboard/processor and compatible memory. any help...?

Price limit would be nice.

Gigabyte G965P DS3

Core 2 Duo E6300

That would be fine for your setup. And if you do decide to OC, these two will do just fine.
