Default Need overclocking Help with my mobo

I have overclcoked my 1.8Ghz C2D to 1.95Ghz but in the windows startup it says that it is still 1.8Ghz, Is there a way to update that or check that the overclock worked right. my BIOS says that it is overclcoked to 1.95Ghz tho, which should b true.
