I was planning to get a gtx 470 earlier today but then I was checking out prices and now im unsure. I'm planning to buy a new graphics card either tomorrow or on wednesday and a new motherboard next week. Here are my two possible upgrades:

The only thing thats keeping me from going with the first option is the 30 day warranty. I have tons of extras from my current motherboard that I can still use after I build my dad a computer with it. Which one would you go for and why?
