Need new PC build

I'm going to build a low end but still decent computer for my brother. It will play games, and use basic utilities like Firefox, Winamp, Windows movie maker, etc,.
Minimum Req: 2GB ram.
try to keep it as cheap as possible. I would look up things like this on my own but i have no idea what is compatible with what.

Its great, but the Disk Drive link is a deactivated item, as is the GPU you suggested to Crossfire with.
