Default need new motherboard and CPU, looking to spend up to $200

hey guys, recently been trying to play new games on the computer, they play fine, but i want to reach VERY HIGH settings lol im only on high

can you guys help me out, looking to buy a new motherboard and CPU leaning to AMD but open to INTEL (thats what im using right now)

the site that i use are

i use those because they are near where i live and i dont like to really get PC hardware shipped

and for y'all saying OMFGONLY1.86GHZ!!1!1!1!!! calm down, this is the NEW E6300 45nm (2.8GHz), this is also currently on Newegg for less than $85 USD, a good deal considering you should be able to overclock it to speeds only the E8xxx series used to be able to reach (4+ GHz)...

also, your settings usually depend more on your gpu, what video card do you have...?

well yes a flyers fan in canada, theres actually alot oif us over here ahhaha

and my GPU, is a NVIDA GeForce 9500 GT
