Need a motherboard rec for Socket 604 pleeease!

Server Motherboard recommendations anyone for something around 300$???

2800DP/2m/800 Socket 604 CPU

I have 2 of them and dont know what type of server mobo I could get and stick in normal chassis (not a 1u or 2u or anything, normal case) Please help

Would this work even though its not Xeon? Its an Asus Socket 604

That motherboard would work just fine. Only thing is that it's out of stock and no longer available.
