Need laptop help

Hey,
I am new to this site and i have a question. I am not a computer wiz, but i dabble in the arts a little bit. Not much at all. Well i was looking for a laptop, but i dont have very much money. I was wanting a laptop that was blah at first, but completely upgrade-able. Something i could do over time. I dont know if they even exist but i figure what is the harm in asking you guys. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

laptops arent really upgradeable, except maybe for memory and a few other things. as far as somthing cheap you'll probablly have to go used.
