How about this:

Phenom II 720 X3
790GX motherboard.
2x2GB DDR2 1066
OCZ 550W modular

With the case and GPU that you picked out. Also, the EVGA is cheaper than the PNY ATM, I'd go with that because of their step-up program.
Although it's not really worth it unless you have at least a 24" panel.
I left the HDD out because I didn't know how much space you'd need.
