Need Help on what monitor to purchase

alright so newegg is having this summer sale thing on a few things and well i have been wanting to go from my current 19' which is very nice to something that is 22'+

However i do not really want to spend to much because my goal is to still get one of those 120hz monitors when they go down in price around the beginning of next year i assume.

I found these 2 on sale and they look pretty good but i am not sure which one to go with. I know a little bit about monitors but not a lot. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

also keep in mind that i like screens that are glossy, if their is any other screens that you would recommend that are good and are under $180 with free shipping, please let me know, Thanks

well, obviously the 27 inch would be better - though it is a bit more expensive, even with the 10 dollar promo code...

i would suggest the 26.5" one...better contrast ratio and you can use it as a tv as well (i think :\)

Tech, why not just wait with the 19 for now? If you /do/ plan on buying one the 3d's later I'm sure it will have come out in a much larger size by then. No sense in spending 200 dollars now. They just may get cheaper sooner than you think. If you're upgrading the monitor, go with something that you will most likely stick with :d
