Default Need help upgrading my comp.

Ok, so basically this is all I know right now.
http://www.docs.sony.com/release/spe...S620G_mksp.pdf

The only upgrades are i now have a 9550 ATI grafix card and now I have 1gB og ram.

So here's the problem. I have my processor safely overclocked and running @ 3.00 and the RAM is ok, but when I'm tryign to play now, even after the upgraded grafix card, I have terrible framerates. I went to get a new card, onyl to find out, I only have a 266w power supply! I asked Sony, and they told me not to upgrade my power supply cuz I might blow something up. So the problems I have are:
1. Find a grafix card that is under $100 and will be decent.
2. Find a power supply that will let it run.

I can open my comp or do anythign to give you guys some more info, its just a hassel to take the case off. I am running XP and Vista Ultimate on two seperate partitions. THANK YOU!

Power Supply:

Card:

Also, what would eb the issue if the power supply didnt work?
